Following the London 2012 Olympics, in 2013, the government introduced the PE and Sports Grant as part of the "Olympic Legacy".  Its aim was to improve the provision of PE in schools, and to increase the participation of pupils in sports to promote healthy lifestyles. 

Below is a report on how we have spent the grant at Barwell Infant School, and the impact it has had upon our children.
